Parts of my face is white possibly because of the skin lightening lotion by Proactiv?

I just noticed this today and some parts of my face are whitened. The only reason I can think of is because of the skin lightening lotion by Proactiv I use to get rid of old acne dark spots. What can I do about the blotchiness????
Stop use proactive this Bleaches the skin really badly
